Instructions for Spicy tomato marmalade
To prepare the Spicy tomato marmalade recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut a cross into the top of the tomatoes, dip them in boiling water and peel the skin of them. Wash the orange, cut it in the block and remove the cores. Chop the oranges roughly in a food processor, add tomatoes and run for a moment. Pour it into a pan and add lemon juice and spices into a filter or similar. Give it a boil under the lid and simmer 10 min. Spice up the spice and add sugar. Boil the marmalade with stirring for 5 minutes. And take it off the heat. Remove foam and pour the marmalade on scalded glass. Close them immediately and store a cold and dark place.
tips:
Cook some finely chopped chilli or 1/2 teaspoon chopped chilli with a more hot jam. Enjoy the marmalade on bread or as an accompaniment to carrots burger sandwich or cheese
