1tbspFish sauce
12Black peppercorns
125gFinely chopped, lean pork
2Finely chopped shallots
2tbspVegetable oil
3dlCoconut milk
500gFintsnittet cabbage

Instructions for Spicy cabbage

To prepare the Spicy cabbage recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the peppers into a wok or sauté pan with lid for 2 minutes until the flavors are released. Add oil and mustard tooth and lightning for 3 minutes. Stir the chopped pork in and lightning for 1 minute. Add the cabbage and lightning for 3 minutes. Add the coconut milk and boil, lay on and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the lid from the forehead and cook for 8-10 minutes until the cabbage is tender. Stir fish sauce in and serve the dish with chopped chopped chilli.
