Ingredients for Spetzle - Spätzle

2 | tbsp | Olive oil |
2,5 | tsp | Salt |
3 | rods | Fresh thyme |
340 | g | Eggs |
40 | g | Fresh parsley |
5 | dl | Red lentils |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
80 | g | Fresh basil |
Instructions for Spetzle - Spätzle
To prepare the Spetzle - Spätzle recipe, please follow these instructions:
Findel the herbs and mix them with water. Mix the salt with the flour. Whip the eggs and mix them with the flour, olive oil and the herring water until it becomes a smooth dough. Then scrape the dough through a pasta mask into boiling water, (or form with a spoon). Take the teaspoon out of the water and cool them with cold water. Stepped before serving.
Boil the lentils with thyme, serve the soup with the spetzlen at the bottom of the speaker.
