Ingredients for Spelled buns
1 | tbsp | Canola oil |
180 | g | Oatmeal, grovvalsede |
2 | tsp | Coarse salt |
3 | dl | A38 |
4 | dl | Water |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Yeast |
600 | g | Spelt flour, sifted |
Instructions for Spelled buns
To prepare the Spelled buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil water and oatmeal mix and stand for half an hour.
A-38, yeast is added and stirred thoroughly then salt, spelled flour and initially 300 g. Flour flour, this should be kneaded for approx. 10 min, then add more wheat flour until the dough does not stick more.
Raise 1 hour of time, turn it down and shape it to buns.
Bake at 220 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 15-20 min.
tips:
Good as freshly baked with butter, or other low fat, jam and cheese and for soup and more.
