300 | g | Spelt wheat |
4 | dl | Water |
400 | g | Sifted spelt |
50 | g | Yeast |

The water is lounged for approx. 37 degrees. Yeast, oil, honey, salt, oregano, parmesan and sun-dried tomatoes are added and everything is mixed well.
