Instructions for Spaghetti Neapolitan

To prepare the Spaghetti Neapolitan recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop the chili pepper, preferably with kernels, onion, carrot, celery, parsley and some basil leaves nicely. Sauté it all in oil without it takes color.
