Instructions for Spaghetti Napolitana
To prepare the Spaghetti Napolitana recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop chilli pepper, preferably with kernels, onions, carrot, bell pepper, parsley and some basil leaves. Put it all in oil without color. Rinse and peel the tomatoes (or if tomatoes are used from canned, just drip) Cut tomato meat into small cubes and place it in the pan for the other ingredients. Squeeze garlic cloves and season with salt and pepper. Let the sauce boil for low heat under lid for approx. 30 minutes. Whip the sauce with the cooled butter and mix it with freshly cooked spaghetti, mozzarella cut into small cubes and finely chopped basil leaves. Distribute the dish to preheated plates.
