Instructions for Souffle Nougat
To prepare the Souffle Nougat recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cream boils up with sugar, nougat and marrow of vanillestangen, whipped out in opbagningen, bake through to a smooth dough.
Dough afkøkes, egg yolks, stir in one at a time. Stiffly whipped whites reversed herein: ¼ batter, invert gently into whites, touched lightly. Whites reversed with rest of dough. The mass filled in sugar strøget butter smeared small envelope bowls.
Bake in the oven at the bottom by 200 gr. for about 20-25 min. one can lightly dusting it with powdered sugar and glaseres in salamander/grill. Serve immediately with accessories.
