5Lemon leaves or 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
60mlMilk
60mlWine vinegar or tamarind water

To prepare the Sosaties (Kebab from South Africa) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Put the lamb peas in a deep bowl and mix garlic, onions, ginger, coriander, salt and pepper in.

Sprinkle lemon leaves or shells and sugar over and pour the milk into. Place the mixture in a refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

For the marinade boil the vinegar together with sugar, curry powder, turmeric, apricot marmalade and salt. Let it cook for 5 minutes until the sugar is dissolved.
