Ingredients for Sonja's Favorite Salad

Pepper
Salt
1tbspBalsamic-vinegar
1trayWatercress
1cloveFinely chopped garlic
1-2tbspOlive oil
150gSour Apple
2tspHoney (preferably liquid)
250gRed or orange peppers
300gFresh green beans
50gWalnuts

Instructions for Sonja's Favorite Salad

To prepare the Sonja's Favorite Salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Shake the nuts with salt on a dry, hot pan. Add honey and stir around. Let the nuts cool on a plate.

Cut the peppers into thin strips and stir them with medium heat with salt and lots of pepper for 5-6 minutes. Until they are brown and soft.
Add garlic, turn around, add vinegar, turn around and remove from heat.

Nip the beans and steam them under lid in a little water until they are almost tender - about 3 min.
Rinse them immediately in cold water.
