Instructions for Solbærsaft II
To prepare the Solbærsaft II recipe, please follow these instructions:
The berries are rinsed and placed in a pan with the water. Boil until all the berries are broken, approx. 10 min. All of it is put into dripping in a juice bag for 1-2 hours.
The amount of the dripped juice is measured.
To each liter sieved juice:
350 grams of sugar.
Add the sugar and boil until all the sugar is dissolved.
The hot juice is poured onto cleaned bottles or even better (durability), the juice is poured into cleaned milk cartons and frozen.
