30 | g | Butter |
50 | g | Yeast |
500-800 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Soft airy buns
To prepare the Soft airy buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is crumbled in a bowl, the sugar is added.
Stir yeast and sugar together until it is liquid.
Milk lunes, margarine and butter are melted and stirred in the yeast, salt and egg are added.
