200 | g | Mushrooms or chanterelles |
4 | slices | Smoked salmon |

To prepare the Smoked salmon with onion and mushroom salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
The root and the faded leaves are removed from the spring bulbs. They rinse thoroughly in running water, dip dry and with 2/3 of the green leaves cut into 3 cm long pieces. Broth and white wine are boiled. The spring bulbs are added and boil under low heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Till they are just too tender. Mushrooms are made. They are rinsed and cut into thin slices immediately dripped with lemon juice, otherwise they will darken. Spring onion and mushrooms are spread over 4 plates and sprinkle with salt and pepper. The salad is dripped with olive oil. Cut the salmon into thin strips and lay next to the salad. Carcasses are cut over the salad.
Serve bread.
