Instructions for Smoked salmon with mascarpone
To prepare the Smoked salmon with mascarpone recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the smoked salmon slices close together on a piece of household film
Mascapone is stirred together with whipped cream, seasoned with salt and pepper.
The cream is laid on the salmon slices and rolled together using the household film.
Put in a refrigerator, you can do the day in advance, otherwise 1/2 hour in the freezer to make the slices easier to cut out
Then make dillskum: Blend sperm milk, creme fraiche, chopped dild and snaps. Will be beautiful light green
Remove the salmon from the fridge / freezer and cut 4 equal pieces, approx. 10 cm, decorated with pink salmon carrots.
