Instructions for Smoked salmon with fennel salad
To prepare the Smoked salmon with fennel salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean the fennel and halve it. Cut it in paper-thin slices along. Place the sliced fennel in a bowl and turn it with olive oil, salt, lemon juice and fennel seeds. Let the salad take 10 minutes, taste it and season the salad in portions with smoked salmon. Decorate with fennel or other fresh herbs.
Variation:
The salad can be added 1/2 tbsp of small, salted capers or finely chopped tomato.
