12Thinly sliced smoked salmon
2pcsLemon grass
3tbspHeather honey

To prepare the Smoked salmon, lemongrass marinated recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut lemon grass into small pieces. Get the juice from lime, orange and heather honey and a little balsamic vinegar in a saucepan. Boil it and simmer for approx. 30 minutes. Sift the mass and put it back into the pan and pour the white wine. Cook it to half, so it will be a light liquid.
