To prepare the Smoked medists with fillings recipe, please follow these instructions:
Gently flap the skin of the medist and cut it into slices so that it sticks into the bottom. Mix horseradish and parsley and sprinkle a little of it in each cut. Peel the apple and cut it into pieces and put them in the sausage. Put the sausage in a greased oven dish and sprinkle a little melted margarine over the sausage. The sausage rose light brown in the oven.
Served with vegetables and butter sauce.
