250 | g | Fresh or frozen whole spinach |
3 | tbsp | Fromage blanc |
50 | g | Yeast |
550 | g | Wheat flour |
75 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Small spinach bread
To prepare the Small spinach bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Grease the butter, pour it into the baking pan and add the water. Stir yeast into the butter mixture. Add salt, egg, fromage blanc and most of the flour. Peel the dough blank and add flour until smooth. Put the dough on a slant, covered approx. ½ hour. Fill: Flush the spinach if it is fresh. Let the frozen spinach thaw and drizzle free of moisture. Chop spinach roughly. Arrow slipped and torn it roughly, arrow and pressed whitewashed. Mix the filling in a bowl. Slice the dough easily and divide it into 2 servings. Roll each serving out with the cake roll until it measures approx. 20x30 cm. Divide the fill in 2 servings. Place a strip of half of each piece of bread. Fold the dough over the middle and push the edges well. Cut each spinach bread in 10 pieces across and twist them 2 times in the middle and place them on a plate of baking paper. Repeatedly loose approx. 15 minutes. Place on the middle oven pan in a 225 degree hot oven. Bake 15-20 minutes. Cool on grate and eaten freshly prepared.
