Procedure
Cut the peeled potatoes in the tern. Peel the onions and cut them in the rings.
Add half of the potatoes layered with onion and meat in a large pot together with broth, bay leaves, peppercorns, salt and parsley sticks.
Leave the dish to cook under a lid for an hour.
Add the rest of the potatoes and boil (it takes about 30 minutes) until the potatoes are tender. Remove parsley sticks.
Serve hot hot directly from the pan with lots of chopped parsley, a good rye bread and beetroot.
