To prepare the Skinkzchnitzler and buttered carrots recipe, please follow these instructions:
Let half of the butter become golden in a saute pan. Brown the hamburgers 1 min. On each side and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Then step the schnitzels at low heat for approx. 2 min. Turn them 1-2 times as they finish cooking. Take the schnitzler up and let them rest covered for approx. 10 min.
Bring the rest of the butter to the sauté pan and let it melt at high heat. Stir carrots in slanted slices for approx. 1 minute and add salt, pepper and water. Stir the carrots with low heat and under low for approx. 5 min.
Add spring bulbs for 3 cm. Slanting pieces and thyme leaves. Stir the vegetables with high heat and stirring approx. 3 min. Or until the water has evaporated. Add any cloud from the hamburgers and taste to.
