To prepare the Skinkeschnitzel with avocadomos recipe, please follow these instructions:

The avocado is flaked, the meat is taken out of the shell and mashed with lemon juice, horseradish and salt. The hamburgers are roasted a few minutes on each side. A spoonful of avocadomos are laid on each schnitzel.

Baked potatoes:
The potatoes are peeled and cut into both poured with olive oil, Greek grilled spices, salt and pepper. The whole is shaken well and poured into a frying pan covered with baking paper. Bake in oven at 225 degrees C. alm. Oven for about 45 minutes.
