Instructions for Skeene apple pie
To prepare the Skeene apple pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the apples and cut them into quarters without a core house.
Cut them into small pieces and put them in a pan with finely sliced sausages, finely chopped ginger (possibly dried) and whole cinnamon.
Add finely grated lemon peel and water.
Give the fruits a boil under the lid.
Remove the lid and allow the fruits to simmer for 10 minutes.
Add sugar and boil the marmalade while stirring.
Bring roughly minced walnuts and cook the marmalade for 5 minutes.
Take the cinnamon stick up and add a cup of coffee. Bring the marmalade to the glass and close it immediately.
Serve marmalade to toast or fill in cakes or pies.
