1 | tbsp | Ground caraway |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
2 | tsp | Salt |
300 | g | Wholemeal rye flour |
350 | g | Wheat flour |
4 | dl | Buttermilk |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Skåne rugbrod
To prepare the Skåne rugbrod recipe, please follow these instructions:
The buttermilk is heated gently so that it does not separate. The yeast is stirred in the buttermilk. The other ingredients are added and the dough is well kneaded. Set aside for a slight spot about ¾ hours
The dough is thrown down and shaped into a loaf of bread. Put in a greased form, about 1½ litter. Replies for about 15 minutes
Bagetid about 45 minutes at 200 degrees. The bread is taken out of the mold and left for another 5 minutes in the oven.
