100 | g | Soft butter |
3 | dl | Franskbrøds crumb |
3 | clove | Crushed garlic |
400 | g | Shrimp (peeled løsfrosne) |
Instructions for Shrimp in cocotte
To prepare the Shrimp in cocotte recipe, please follow these instructions:
The softened butter is stirred with parsley, garlic, bread crumb and 1-2 splash of tabasco.
The prawns are distributed in 4 small refractory bowls, cocotter, (ca. 8 cm. of iameter). Kryddersmørret added as a lid on each of the bowls.
Put in a 250 degrees C hot oven in 5-6 minutes until golden.
Tips:
The breadcrumbs are made URf.eks. by picking white bread without crust into smaller pieces and then crumble them with a hand blender.
The Court can be made the day ahead of time, so it just needs to be put in the oven just before serving. You may want to. dress up with a couple of large shrimp and little red caviar.
