Instructions for Shower rolls
To prepare the Shower rolls recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cold water, yeast, salt, sugar and flour are stirred together into a soft dough. It is put in the refrigerator in a bowl of low overnight or for at least 6 hours.
The bowls are put on a greased baking sheet with two spoons or with the hands that may. Is dipped in water.
Place the plate immediately in the oven at 230 degrees C. Alm. Oven for approx. 20 minutes. The balls must be baked well and solid throughout to be properly pierced. They taste beautiful, and here you get the good taste tastefully.
You can choose to use the whole dough at one time or in multiple portions. One participant from a baking course has told her that she has baked the same dough for a whole week.
tips:
For those who want to have fresh buns every morning in a hurry. A soft dough gives flat but juicy buns. If the dough is firmer, the balls become higher but barely so juicy. Buns of a soft dough bake well, otherwise they may get sticky.
