Ingredients for Sherry herring

Instructions for Sherry herring
To prepare the Sherry herring recipe, please follow these instructions:
Marinating: mix sugar, water, vinegar, pepper and onion to a layer and put the herring fillets to pull in at least 24 hours.
Sherry herring: Sherry, vinegar, tomato paste and pepper mixed into a liquid medium. Herring fillets stipulates. chop the cucumber and onion into small cubes; sprinkle it in the brine and let the herrings withdraw approximately 2 days before serving.
By serving garnish with hakked onions and fine dill.
