Sesame seeds and flour are mixed and the capers are reversed. They are cooked on a hot pan in a little oil where they are seasoned with salt and pepper.
Porridge is boiled easily with leafy peel, water is hardened and grated beetroot, chopped onions and white wine mixed in, cream added and seasoned with salt and pepper. Boil until it has a proper consistency.
