3/16 | dl | Toasted sesame seeds |

300 | g | Fresh noodles |
Instructions for Sesame-nuddelsalat
To prepare the Sesame-nuddelsalat recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cook the noodles until they are al dente. Shake the water off and rinse in cold water. Let them drip well and got a little vegetable oil or another over.
Sauce: in a large saucepan half overheat vegetable oil and onions Sauté. Add the garlic, ginger and chili pepper and let it overheat while stirring. Turn off the heat and add the vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, sesame paste and chicken broth. Heat and let simmer for two minutes. Add the sesame oil. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
Pour the sauce over the cold noodles and let mix it well. Serve the salad with sesame seeds, coriander and the vegetables.
