Instructions for Sesambuos 02
To prepare the Sesambuos 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is stirred in the water with the sugar. Add flour and sugar and stir it together. The dough is stirred together with the butter in a stirrer at full force until the dough releases the sides (can also be done by hand). The dough must then raise 1 hour in the bowl covered with plastic film.
Divide the dough into 2 pieces, roll each portion into a 8-piece sausage, shaped into buns, dip into sesame seeds and put on a baking sheet with baking paper. There must be no more than 8 pieces. per. baking sheet
Adds 1 hour after which they are baked approx. 15 min. At 220 degrees. Repeat with plate 2.
tips:
Never use hot air for baking, it wipes out the bread.
