To prepare the Semifreddo with raspberries and pistachios recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop pistachio seeds into smaller pieces in a mortar.
Whip egg and sugar over a water bath until it has a thick and creamy consistency.
Take it off the water bath and whip until it is cooled easily.
Whip the cream to the foam.
Carefully turn egg powder, berries and nuts into the cream.
Put a piece of baking paper in an oblong form and pour the mass into.
Put it in the freezer at least 4 hours before serving. (May stand overnight.)
