Instructions for Semifreddo all'amaretto con fichi
To prepare the Semifreddo all'amaretto con fichi recipe, please follow these instructions:
Eggs and egg yolks are whipped to cream in a warm water bath. Amaretto is added during the uproar. The cream is whipped stiff together with vanilla sugar and then turned into the cream. The Amarettocreme is poured into 4 molds (each about 2 dl content) and then frozen. Meanwhile, the figs are cut in and marinated in cognac stirred with sugar. Raspberries are rinsed and put together with sugar and lemon juice for 30 minutes. Pure and sifted. Is taken out of the molds and arranged together with the marinated figs and raspberry puree.
