To prepare the Seafood salad from Sardinia recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water 10 minutes. Mix the pasta with clams, shrimp and anchovies, while it is still warm. Add the mushrooms and tomatoes. Mix tomato juice and oregano and pour over pasta. Mix everything well and it came in a salad bowl. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over and serve.
