To prepare the Scones with chives recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat the oven to 225 °. Mix the flour with salt, baking soda, sugar, spices and chives. Spread the butter into the flour mixture with your fingertips. Whip eggs and milk together and stir in the flour. The dough must not be sticky ~ add a little more flour if necessary. Turn the dough out on a crispy table and knead it quickly. Press it with your fingers to a 1 cm thick plate. Deep edge of a glass of approx. 4 cm in diameter in flour and plug scones out of the dough. Put them on a plate of baking paper sprinkled with a thin layer of flour. Bake in the top of the oven for approx. 10 min. The scones taste the same day they are baked. Serve them for soup, possibly. With cold butter to.
