100gPeas fresh or frozen thawed
100gCherry tomatoes
100gPasta fx tube
2slicesGrainy bread 70 g
2tbspRicotta or Quark
25gParmesan
250gSauté the slices of Pork fillet ½ cm thick

Instructions for Sauté sliced with pasta-Pea Salad

To prepare the Sauté sliced with pasta-Pea Salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cook the pasta. Stir the ricotta with finely chopped Sage, finely chopped, grated parmesan and garlic oil. Cut onions into thin slices or chop it fine. Turn them into ricotta mixture along with pasta, peas and cherry tomatoes cut in half. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the salad warm.

DUP sauté the slices dry with paper towel. Allow the oil to be hot on a frying pan. Sprinkle a little cayenne pepper and saffron on the discs. Put sauté the slices in the Pan and invert them immediately. Take slices of pan and season with salt.
