1 | bag | Sunflower seeds |
1.5 | kg | Italian wheat flour (the white from the net) |
1.5 | dl | Sugar |
1.7 | l | Lukewarm water |
2 | pkg | Yeast |
30 | Sausages (of the alm, I use party sausages from net) | |
500 | g | Oatmeal |
60 | g | Salt |
Instructions for Sausage horn with a dispute
To prepare the Sausage horn with a dispute recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring water, oil, salt, sugar, oatmeal, yeast, and sunflower seed in a large bowl and do well
Bring the Italian flour and stir again well.
You need some effort, but they will be good.
Gently put the flour in a little bit, the dough must not get too dry but must stick a little. You use about half of the wheat flour here.
Let the dough rise for well 1 hour.
Put it on a table sprinkled with flour.
Divide the dough into the desired amount of lumps so a lump is for a sausage.
Take each lump and stray a little flat between your hands. Place a sausage in the middle and fold the dough around.
There can be 10 on a plate.
Bag for 15-20 min at 200 degrees in a hot oven.
