1.25Chicken broth
2dlSour cream
2tbspCurry
2dlCooking cream

Instructions for Saras Carry Soup

To prepare the Saras Carry Soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

- Butter is melted and all spices come in.
- When it is crumbled, onions, garlic and apples are brought in and switched for approx. 1 min.
- Add broth, cream fraiche and cooking cream.
- Boil in min. 20 minutes - any longer.
- Add the onions, apples and garlic and mix the soup uniformly.
- pour back into the pan and bring to a boil.
- Even the soup of the desired consistency.
- Add either rice / chicken cut into tern and fry on fork / fried bacon / shrimp.

Served with bread.
