1Red bell pepper, sliced

185gFinished purchased tomato sauce with chilli
2tbspFresh chopped Basil
30gGrated cheddar
4Spring onions, sliced
440gRed kidney beans, from canned
6Finished bought small pizza bottoms
75gShredded mozzarella

Instructions for Santa Fe Pizzetta

To prepare the Santa Fe Pizzetta recipe, please follow these instructions:

The oven is preheated to 200 degrees. The pizza beans are lubricated with tomato salsa.

Load the spring onions, peppers, beans and basil on the bottom.

Sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar (or other mild cheese). Bake for 15 minutes or until the pizzas are crisp and the cheese is golden.

Serve the little pizzas with corn chips, guamole and cold cremefraiche.

Guacamole: All ingredients are placed in a stirring bowl and stirred thoroughly.
