Instructions for Sandwiches Cakes
To prepare the Sandwiches Cakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Work syrup, dough, ginger, lemon balm, fat and cream together in a bowl. Mix the bicarbonate with most of the flour and add it gradually as you work the dough together. Take the dough when it starts to get stuck and knead the rest of the flour into it on a floured table. Put the dough cold for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough to a 4 mm thick plate and stick out cakes with a glass or the like, about 10 cm in diameter. Place the cakes on a sheet of paper or a well-greased plate. Bake the cakes at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
