5 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
500 | g | Broccoli Florets |

Instructions for Salmon with shrimps and asparages
To prepare the Salmon with shrimps and asparages recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the salmon in a greased ilsfast dish, came the pepper and salt on, cover the dish with aluminum foil and put the fish in a 175 Gr. hot oven for 10 minutes.
hæls fish soup in a skålog save it to sauce along with væden from asparagessene.
Boil the brocolli bouquets in salted water for 2 min.

Make a sauce of fish + asparages væden and smooth with the flour shaken with milk, boil it on a low heat for approx. 5 min. and season with salt and pepper, if desired. a few splashes Tabasco.
Put Asparages and brocolli around on the salmon and hæls sauce over.
Sprinkle with the cheese and cakes right in ca. 25 min at 175 gr for the salmon is tender and Golden on top.
served with baguette and adorned with dill and lemon both.
