dressing:
The dressing is preferably made about 2-3 hours before serving, so it can now stand a little in the fridge. Take the cream fry and pour into a bowl, then squeeze garlic in. Add a little salt and kethup. Pour a little oil into it and stir well and place it in the refrigerator.
Salad:

Shake it only shortly. About 3 minutes and take it off. It is now ready to be sprinkled over the salmon when it comes out of the oven.
Salmon:
The salmon puts you in a dish and slides in the oven at 180 degrees, for approx. 20 minutes.
When the salmon has been in the oven for 15 minutes, put some whole grains in the oven. When it has been cooked for the last 5 minutes, take out the flutes and the salmon. Remember to sprinkle some of your spice mixture on top of the salmon and serve it with the salad, flutes, and dressing.
