Instructions for Salmon Tomatoes
To prepare the Salmon Tomatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Tomatoes are poured and sprinkled inside with salt and set with the bottom upwards approx. 1/2 hour, so some of the wounds can run off. The salmon mashed with a fork. The cucumber is cut into small cubes. Salmon and cucumber are mixed. The Esdragon and Cream fraiche are stirred in and the filling is seasoned with salt and pepper.
Fill in the tomatoes and decorate with chives or parsley. The tomatoes are served cold and can be filled a pat of hours before serving.
