Instructions for Salmon spinach quiche
To prepare the Salmon spinach quiche recipe, please follow these instructions:
Friable dough together. Stand cold ca. 30 minutes.
Rolled out, and put it in a pie dish approx. 27 cm. diameter
The bottom must not pre-baked.
The spinach is twisted, and are added at the bottom of the tart. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Salmon into small cubes empahsis in the tart, came a little more lemon juice over. Eggs, whipping cream and cottage cheese whipped and pour over.
Bake at 200 degrees C alm. oven in 40-45 minutes.
Tips:
You can successfully use filo-dough instead of the batter, if you are looking for easier and more low-fat version.
