Ingredients for Salmon Mouse

1 | dl | Crème fraîche |
1 | bundle | Dill |
1 1/2 | dl | Whipped cream |
100 | g | Low calorie mayonnaise |
2 | dl | Fish soup or broth |
250 | g | Broiled Salmon |
3-4 | tbsp | Cut dill |
5 | leaves | Isinglass |
75 | g | Smoked salmon sliced |
Instructions for Salmon Mouse
To prepare the Salmon Mouse recipe, please follow these instructions:
The house block is soaked in cold water for 5 minutes, taken up and melted in a water bath.
The salmon is blended in blender or meatballs together with fish soup, cream and dill. Stir the melted husblas in and mash the mousse with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
The smoked salmon is cut for approx. 2 cm wide strips, placed in the bottom of small portions bowls. The salmon mousse is distributed in the form. Then put in a refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
dill Sauce
Mayonnaise and Cream fraiche are stirred together, add dill and season with salt and pepper.

Portion bowl dipped 10-12 seconds in warm water and turn onto a plate. Server with fluff and sauce for. Please indicate. On a salad leaf - it looks great. The smoked salmon can possibly. omitted.
