1 | tbsp | Toasted sesame seeds |

2 | tsp | Finely grated fresh ginger root |

Break broccolien in bouquets and cut the stems into thin slices. Steam or boil broccolien bright green in 2 minutes. Be careful not to cook too much, the broccolien should still be crunchy.
