1 | twig | Rosemary |
2 | Sprig of Rosemary can be omitted | |
2 | tbsp | Red wine vinegar with raspberries |
200 | g | Spinach |
2-3 | tbsp | Raw cane sugar |
250 | g | Fresh beans |
375 | g | Turnip greens |
6 | Stalks rhubarb |
Instructions for Salad of beans and turnips with rhubarb salsa
To prepare the Salad of beans and turnips with rhubarb salsa recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut rhubarb into pieces of approx. 1 cm. Joined them in a saucepan with the Rosemary stems and sugar. Put a lid on and let the sugar cook out over low heat. Don't touch too much. Season with vinegar. Remove Rosemary stems and let the salsa cool. Nip the beans and Blanch them in salted water for about 5 minutes. Joined them immediately in ice cold water. Scratch majroerne and cut them into thin both. Blanch them in the same water as the beans for about 4 minutes. Wash and dry the spinach well. Remove the coarse stems from rosmarinen rosmarinen and mix with spinach, beans and turnips. Serve the salad on a platter and drizzle with rhubarb salsa
