Ingredients for Saganaki with shrimps

1000gLarge shrimp or (cooked)
150gGood feta cheese
2.5dlOlive oil
4Large spiced tomatoes or 1 can

Instructions for Saganaki with shrimps

To prepare the Saganaki with shrimps recipe, please follow these instructions:

Half the oil on a saucepan and half the onion finely chopped, sauté for 1-2 minutes. Get the prawns and let them simmer. Add cognac or brandy and add the flour. Cut down the heat. Let the whole simmer simmer for a few minutes until the odor spreads and the flavors are released.

On another pan saute the rest of the slice for the rest of the oil, tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper and the paprika and chicken broth is added and small sauce to the sauce is reduced by about 1/3.

Mix both pans in a refractory dish and put the feta into slices on top and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley. Put it all in the oven at about 180 degrees until the cheese is melted. Server immediately.
