Dough

To prepare the Safiva recipe, please follow these instructions:

The ingredients of the dough were kneaded together.

When the dough is kneaded it is divided into 4 to 5 round spheres wrapped in household film and covered by a towel.

Once the dough has risen, roll it out and dough sticks into small circles of approx. 10 cm. In diameter.

The filling is mixed in the hand. Add 1/2 spoonful of each dough circle.

The dough is folded around the filling so that they look like small packages and the dough is pressed well together. Brush well with oil. Put the small bread on a piece of well-baked baking paper. Bake at high heat until they are light brown.
