Instructions for Sacher Cake In
To prepare the Sacher Cake In recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fill and decorate: Sugar and water cooked to a syrup which is set to cooling. The chocolate is melted and stir in the sugar, bed sheet, and it all cools, it is hand warm.
The 100 g. chocolate melted in a water bath. When the chocolate is hand warm touched 4 egg yolks 25 g. cocoa and almonds and chocolate to cool slightly in the mass.
Fat and sugar is stirred into a homogeneous mass, fat should be softened to a consistency like mayonnaise and stir the chilled chocolate mass. The flour is stirred in, finally invert the stiftpiskede whites gently into the mass.
Place in a greased and floured springform, ca. 24 cm. in diameter, and bake on the middle oven at 175 degrees C Groove, for about 45 minutes. The oven must have the right temperature from the start.
When the cake is baked, put it to cool on a wire rack. Then split it, and half of the filling to be laid in a while, and decorating the cake with the rest of the filling.
