Instructions for Søtunge Valevsky
To prepare the Søtunge Valevsky recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees.
Grease a refractory dish with oil or margarine. Here the fish is laid. Frozen or fresh. For 3-4 people approx. 800 gr. Sprinkle with some salt and pepper.
Prepare a letter hollandaise sauce according to the instructions on the package. The sauce is distributed over the fish. Sprinkle a little grated cheese over - approx. 2 tablespoons.
The dish is baked in the oven at 200 degrees for approx. 30 - 35 minutes or until the fish is tender and the surface has golden spots.
The court can be varied indefinitely.
eg. A handful of prawns or halved cherry tomatoes on top also tastes good.
Server dish with boiled potatoes and vegetables of your choice.
tips:
Easy and delicious everyday food. Take a little bit of salt as both Holland and cheese contain salt.
