1 | tsp | Salt |
1 | tsp | Salt and a little pepper |
1 | tsp | Thyme |
1 | dl | Water from olive |
100 | g | Wholemeal spelt flour |
100 | g | Grated emmenthaler |
100 | g | Sun-dried tomatoes |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | dl | Olive oil |
2 | tsp | Oregano |
2 | tsp | Dried Basil |
4 | dl | Water |
50 | g | Black olives |
6-700 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Søderhamn's Greek Food Bread
To prepare the Søderhamn's Greek Food Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
The olives are cut in half and the sun-dried tomatoes are cut across.
It all mixed well together. Wheat flour added until the consistency is right.
Put the dough in a bowl in a refrigerator for 2 hours with staniol over.
Form bread or slightly large bowls and let them stand and rise at room temperature for 20 min.
Brush with oil and sprinkle with freshly salted salt
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees around 20 minutes for the balls and about 5 minutes longer for the bread.
tips:
Cut a slice into the top of the bread just before it is put in to give a rustic look.
